The Optimising Perfectionism program is focused on improving the relationship with the most important person in your world: You. It applies the psychological lens of the ‘5-Friendship Functions’ to enhancing the performance-enhancing aspects of perfectionism, whilst reducing its negative impacts on psychological wellbeing. See below a series of functions that are essential for good psychological health and wellbeing.
